This report presents the results of a comprehensive study on public perceptions and the associated impacts.
The main objective of the study was to assess public perceptions of territorial administration reforms and the decentralization of power in communities across Armenia. The study aimed to measure the level of public awareness and satisfaction regarding reforms, community services, and quality of life.
