The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia is a republican body of executive power.

The Ministry develops and implements the Government's policy in the areas of territorial administration and infrastructure, increasing the efficiency of the activities of territorial administration and local self-government bodies, ensuring territorial administration in Yerevan, developing programs aimed at the balanced development of regions and communities, effective administrative-territorial division, licensing and issuance of permits in the fields of transport, civil aviation, the formation of a unified route network in the Republic of Armenia, energy, subsoil use and subsoil protection, the energy independence of the Republic of Armenia, promoting the rational and comprehensive use of subsoil, the management and safe use of state-owned water systems, and the management of state property.
