Manual for the establishment and operation of citizen service offices in the communities of the Republic of Armenia, Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia, 2018.
This manual was developed with the support of the German International Cooperation Agency, taking into account the experience of the 29 communities of the 9 regions of Armenia that already operate CSOs, as well as international practice in providing administrative services at the local level. The manual addresses various aspects of establishing a CSO and organizing its current work and can serve as a guide for local self-government bodies to establish new CSOs, and for existing CSOs to improve their work.
The “Manual for the Establishment and Operation of Citizen Service Offices in Communities of the Republic of Armenia” (hereinafter referred to as the Manual) is dedicated to the establishment and operation of Citizen Service Offices (CSOs), organization of current work, monitoring and other issues.
