The study was conducted within the framework of the "Participatory Democracy in Action" program, funded by the European Union, with the main aim of ensuring evidence-based and participatory decision-making processes in the areas of public governance and democratic processes. The program is implemented by the "Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center" (TIACC) in partnership with the "Martuni Women's Community Council" and the "Political Dialogue" non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
