Decentralisation of powers as a direction for increasing the efficiency of local self-government, Amberd series, ASUE, "ECONOMIST" publishing house, 2023.

The study addresses all aspects related to decentralisation, as well as a detailed examination of the historical and political development features of the local self-government system of the Republic of Armenia. The research work also addresses the sectoral powers of local self-government bodies and the changes that have occurred and are occurring in the system over the past years.
