This handbook was jointly developed within the framework of two projects: 1) the South Caucasus Women’s Economic Empowerment Project (SWEP), which is jointly implemented by UN Women and UNDP and funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC), and 2) “Good Governance for Local Development in the South Caucasus” (LGDC), which is implemented by the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ) with the support of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and co-funded in Armenia by the ADC.
