Community AWP and Methodological Guide

This methodological guide is dedicated to the development, discussion, adoption, implementation monitoring and evaluation of the RA community annual work plan (AWP), as well as the preparation, discussion and adoption of AWP implementation reports.

The guide is addressed to local self-government bodies of the RA communities, staffs, community organizations, residents, civil society and private sector organizations and groups, as well as other specialists, lecturers, students and other interested parties involved in and interested in community management and development issues.

The content of the guide expresses exclusively the views of the authors and does not necessarily coincide with the views of the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development or the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development.
