Outsourcing of social services

The delegation of social services is seen as a means of improving the quality and cost-effectiveness of services. The mechanisms of delegation are diverse and diverse, as are the care, protection services and the forms and mechanisms of their provision. It is worth noting that social delegation is not the answer to all the challenges in the field of social service provision, however, general confidence in this mechanism is steadily growing, especially taking into account the cost-effectiveness factor. Charitable and non-governmental organizations, which usually operate on the basis of voluntary, meager donations, are characterized by dedication and flexibility, in addition to which the organizations are given the opportunity to add stable state funding, which ensures the cost-effectiveness component.
