The Mayor of Yerevan, Mr. Tigran Avinyan, during the National Assembly hearings on next year’s state budget, referred to the findings of the Gap Analysis and noted that the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR) is proposing to review the equalization formula, which they will also discuss and further advance within the framework of the Community Association.
