Berd community honors those dedicated to the development of the local self-government system Berd

On the occasion of Local Self-Government Day, community leader Astghik Hakobyan presented certificates of appreciation to figures and officials who have made significant contributions to the development and establishment of the community governance system.

The following were awarded certificates of appreciation for ten or more years of conscientious, effective and dedicated work in the position of village head/administrative head in the local self-government system:

Victor Melkumyan (for conscientious, efficient and dedicated work as the Mayor of Berd),

Hrachik Melkumyan (for conscientious, efficient and dedicated work as the Mayor of Berd),

Andranik Sharyan (posthumously, for conscientious, efficient and dedicated work as the Mayor of Berd for ten and more years),

Harutyun Manucharyan (for conscientious, efficient and dedicated work as the Mayor/Community Head of Berd for ten and more years),

Samvel Hovsepyan (for conscientious, efficient and dedicated work as the Executive Director of the Union of Communities of Berd).

The following were awarded certificates of appreciation for their conscientious, effective and dedicated work as village mayors/administrative heads in the local self-government system for twenty or more years:
