New prospects for cooperation between the communities of Rustavi and Ijevan Ijevan

Within the framework of the cross-border cooperation program "Democratic Development, Decentralization and Good Governance in Armenia - Phase 2" funded by the Austrian Development Agency and implemented by the Council of Europe, a delegation led by the Head of Ijevan Community Artur Tchagharyan was on an official visit to the Republic of Georgia on November 13-14.
Within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the cities of Ijevan and Rustavi, new perspectives were discussed, aimed at expanding friendly ties in the fields of tourism and culture.
At the reception held at the Rustavi Municipality, the Head of Ijevan Community Artur Tchagharyan expressed his willingness to continue the series of official meetings, receiving the Georgian delegation in Ijevan in the coming days.
The delegation members also visited historical, cultural and state institutions of Rustavi․
