Today, on December 23, a public open discussion was held in the hall of the Paraqar Culture and Youth Palace on the 2025-2030 strategic plan for the development of the Parakar community.
The five-year plan was presented by Edgar Margaryan, deputy head of the community.
The discussion was attended by the leadership of the community administration, administrative heads of the community settlements, and community residents.
Edgar Margaryan presented the main directions of the development strategic plan, which include: modernization of urban infrastructure, promotion of the agricultural sector, increasing the employment level of residents, reducing environmental risks, revitalizing education and cultural life, and other important initiatives.
The plan reflects not only the existing problems of the community, but also the opportunities and development vectors that can contribute to the sustainable and long-term progress of the community.
The discussion took place in an open and constructive atmosphere. The participants made suggestions, expressed their opinions and concerns, emphasizing the role of public participation and effective cooperation.
The issues raised will be taken into account in future work programs.
